To increase the local exposure, global offering and ultimately revenues from both the leisure and business travel sectors, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Manager with a hospitality background to continue their career and support the business growth plan.
You will take the lead to grow local, project-based corporate business and develop the relationships with major travel agents increasing existing accounts together with the development of new accounts by planned coordinated sales activity. You will be accountable for the effective management of all aspects of the sales function including sales calls, research, appointment making, client familiarization visits and contract negotiation. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the sales team, working alongside the team to maximise all sales opportunities and conversion of enquiries.

You will be involved in driving and converting business across our meeting, events and groups business dealing with a wide variety of clients from handling enquiries, finalising details of their events through to billing and accurate record keeping. Operations Manager

To support the expansion plans and drive the company to the next level, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager to manage the operational function of the business.
As Operations Manager you will be responsible for the day to day management of the operation function of the business. You will be responsible for the management of the Housekeeping, Duty Managers and Maintenance teams ensuring the highest possible quality of guest service and product offering to all guests received meets and exceeds expectations. You will support the control of all costs working alongside the Managing Director and Finance Manager to ensure the financial performance is maximized.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director. The successful candidate will work a basic 40 hours a week.
