Our apartments are flexible places to stay. The living facilities and fully equipped kitchens within our apartments mean that you are completely in charge of your own schedule. Our apartment hotels have a collection of apartments all under one roof which makes it easier for group bookings.

Stay local

We have an extensive portfolio of accommodation in and around Cardiff, and can place up to 150 members of any workforce in comfortable accommodation that's local to your project. This negates the need for lengthy commutes, aswell as the mounting cost of living in a hotel and paying restaurant food prices.

Our Park Lane Apartment Hotel brings together stylish apartments, co-working and meeting spaces in a new hospitality concept. One size definitely does not fit all, from our Urban Studios which are comfortable, a great living space and cost effective to our one and two bedroom boutique apartments, our most premium apartment type. Our studio apartments are the perfect solution for construction projects in Cardiff or neighbouring cities and towns, and we are able to provide short or long term accommodation quickly should the need arise.

You can call us home for as long as you like. Our apartments offer all the comforts of home with the space you crave. We have room and package options to suit your needs whether you are looking for space as an interim home or looking to maximise your capacity for a group requirement. We provide a weekly service clean however fresh linen packs can be delivered to your door as often as you need, we also have a team available 24/7.

Pricing

Prices for each studio and apartment vary upon size and length of stay. We have nightly rates and short-term rental packages. The longer stays have lower rates. Get in touch and we can tailor a package to your requirements. We understand the procurement process can be a complex challenge, our portfolio is distributed across all major channels and we have implemented every aspect of a travel policy to ensure booking with us is a smooth process.
