From the 11th July our developments have opened for all stays again.  We continue to provide a service across our developments for our long-term residents.  We continue to accept bookings for those who are categorised as a key worker or for those who are in need of an interim home.  We are able to offer a complete contactless service and our apartments offer extended privacy.

Our foremost concern is the health and safety and wellbeing of our guests, employees and clients.  We are complying with the directive of our Public Health Experts and Government bodies, we have made changes to our processes and how we operate.

We are keeping the situation under review and we will be in contact with all our guests if there are any changes to the Government guidelines affecting our booking policy.  If you have any further questions, please get in touch, info@theurbanspace.co.uk

Stay safe.

How can we support you?

We are open for all bookings.  Our product can provide an improved accommodation solution, our fully equipped, self-contained apartments provide a home from home solution and a safe place to live in.  We are focused to ensure we deliver our usual high standards of cleanliness throughout our portfolio.

How have we adapted our operation?

We have reviewed our check-in and check-out process which facilitates social distancing, you can access your apartment at any time without delay.

Minimal contact with fresh linen packs delivered to your door.  Each apartment will be deep cleaned following the guest departure.

Our team have been briefed on how to approach guests that may be unwell or are self-isolating.  We remain in daily contact with each team member to ensure they remain in good health.

We encourage our team to wash their hands with hot water and soap more frequently than before and make sure supplies are stocked up in washrooms.

Our team will lead by example and keep social distancing measure in place at all times.  This includes when conducting morning meetings, preparing refreshments and allocating of lunch breaks which are staggered.

We have distributed hand sanitiser throughout the communal spaces within this development.

We are in communication with all of our guests to ensure they remain in good health.  If a guest is self-isolating we do request for them to make us aware, we can organise supplies to be dropped at their door

How are we ensuring social distancing?

Guests are requested to practice social distancing during their stay.  We have adapted our operation as above to ensure social distancing is adhered too.  Should any guest not adhere to the social distancing guidelines they will be asked to leave.

All gyms, meeting and social spaces within our developments remain closed until further notice.

We have accommodation requirements but would like to view the apartment?

Our team are available to provide any information you require.  All quotations and corporate rate agreements can be conducted by email, telephone or via a zoom call.

We have images for all of our apartment types which we can provide and have made full use of virtual tools to conduct tours of the apartments so that you can really get a feel for our portfolio.  If you would like to physically view an apartment, we can provisionally book an appointment which we will confirm once the restrictions are lifted.  For any requests for information please email the sales and revenue team at info@theurbanspace.co.uk

Where a physical viewing does take place, we will respectfully avoid any handshaking or physical contact and remember to keep our two-metre distance.  We will wear protective gloves and avoid any paper documents.

We will continue to review our policy inline with the government guidelines.  We would like to thank you for your continued support, it is at times like this that we need to pull together.  If you have any questions or concerns then please do not hesitate to contact a member of our team.
