The Urban Space and Travel Company Limited is the largest serviced apartment operator in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan. We opened the first aparthotel for the city, Park Lane Aparthotel followed by the Goodstay Apartments and Lodges at the Goodsheds creating new hospitality concepts.

We have made booking with us an easy process, we have implemented every aspect of a travel policy from traveller tracking to centralised booking and problem resolution. We use market trend reports to ensure we are priced right.
We are members of the Cardiff Hoteliers Association and Cardiff Tourism supporting to win business for the city, our inventory is also distributed globally enabling us to work with large travel management programmes.
