Reservations & Front of House Executive

The Role:

The Urban Space and Travel Company Limited provide serviced apartments in Cardiff and the Vale.  As Reservations and Front of House Executive you know what it means to deliver great hospitality.  You will be involved in proactive selling and effective conversion of all enquiries across our accommodation, meeting and event spaces.  With a great personality and a passion for hospitality you will always be able to offer great options to our clients.

You will take the lead to process the day to day bookings and placement of reservations whilst taking a proactive role in ensuring the upsell opportunities are maximised.  You will establish relationships with booking agents and regular bookers, whilst highlighting potential sales leads to the Sales Manager.  You should be able to deliver consistent standards and have a good eye for detail.  Team work is key, you will need to be a strong team player and be willing to lend a hand wherever needed.  We rely on you to deliver a great service and be the main point of contact from enquiry through to conversion and contracting.

This role does include Saturday working on a rota basis.
