Stay safe
Finding a safe place to stay has never been more of an important consideration. Our fully equipped, self-contained studios and apartments, significantly reduce your contact with others. We can provide a complete contactless arrival and departure service. Our apartments are your second home, you can live in them without having to go out for as long as you need, a safe solution if you are working away from home and required to self isolate. We provide a weekly service clean within the package however fresh linen packs can be delivered to your door as often as you need.

Our Park Lane Apartment Hotel brings together stylish apartments, co-working and meeting spaces in a new hospitality concept. One size definitely does not fit all, from our Urban Studios which are comfortable, a great living space and cost effective to our one and two bedroom boutique apartments, our most premium apartment type. Our studio apartments are the perfect solution for individual or group requirements in Cardiff or neighbouring cities and towns, and we are able to provide short-term accommodation quickly should the need arise. This location is 2.8 miles from the University of Wales Hospital.

We have an extensive portfolio of accommodation in and around Cardiff, and can place up to 150 members of any workforce in comfortable accommodation that's local to your requirements. This negates the need for lengthy commutes, aswell as the mounting cost of living in a hotel and paying restaurant food prices.

Prices for each studio and apartment vary upon size and length of stay. We have nightly rates and short-term rental packages. We do also provide exclusive use of our apartment hotels. The longer stays have lower rates. Get in touch and we can tailor a package to your requirements. We understand the procurement process can be a complex challenge, our portfolio is distributed across all major channels and we have implemented every aspect of a travel policy to ensure booking with us is a smooth process.
