Reservations Supervisor

£28,000 – £30,000

The Role:

The Urban Space and Travel Company Limited operate serviced apartments, apartment hotels, co-working, meeting and event space in Cardiff and the Vale.

As Reservations Supervisor you know what it means to deliver great hospitality, we are looking for an individual who loves working with customers.  You will be the first point of contact for all our clients, ensuring the customer journey from the point of initial enquiry through to pre-arrival and post departure courtesy calls meet the required standards.  You will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the reservations team.

You will take the lead to manage the portfolio’s availability, identify new leads, planning of all arrivals to billing and the finer details.  You should be able to deliver consistent standards and have a good eye for detail.  You will support to monitor and adjust pricing strategies across all distribution channels and grow the business through proactive selling and effective conversion of all enquiries.  With a great personality and a passion for hospitality you will always be able to offer great options to our clients.

Team work is key, you will need to be a strong team player and be willing to lend a hand wherever needed.

• A passion for hospitality, our industry and delivering great service
• A full and clean driving licence
