The Role:

The Urban Space and Travel Company Limited operate serviced apartments, apartment hotels, co-working, meeting and event space in Cardiff and the Vale.

As Sales and Marketing Executive you know what it means to deliver great hospitality.  You will support the Head of Revenue and Sales in the business growth plans.  You will be involved in driving and converting business across our accommodation, meeting and hot desk spaces.  With a great personality and a passion for hospitality you will always be able to offer great options to our clients.

You will take the lead to grow local business, identify new leads, handling of enquiries, with the development of new accounts by planned co-ordinated sales.  You should be able to deliver consistent standards and have a good eye for detail.  Team work is key, you will need to be a strong team player and be willing to lend a hand wherever needed.  We rely on you to deliver a great service and be the main point of contact from enquiry through to conversion and contracting.

You will manage and deliver the brand social media campaigns across all channels ensuring the presentation of all sales and marketing advertising material reflects the image of the business and is compatible with the market segment to which it is directed.  You will drive revenue and brand awareness through paid advertising through all social media channels.  You will work with our Marketing Consultant to ensure all social media plans fully support the overall strategy.  You will react to integrated promotional campaigns such as direct mail and advertising to seek out prospective and susceptive clients for the business.
