The Urban Space and Travel Company Limited is the largest serviced apartment operator in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan. We opened the first aparthotel for the city, Park Lane Aparthotel followed by the Goodstay Apartments and Lodges at the Goodsheds creating a new hospitality concept.
The team have a wealth of experience in hospitality management. Urban Space was created for a simple reason, we want our guests to feel at home.
We have made booking with us an easy process, we have implemented every aspect of a travel policy from traveller tracking to centralised booking and problem resolution. We use market trend reports to ensure we are priced right.
We are members of the Cardiff Hoteliers Association and Cardiff Tourism supporting to win business for the city, our inventory is also distributed globally enabling us to work with large travel management programmes.
We are always looking to work with landlords and property developers to continue our growth plans.
Renting or Leasing Your Property With Us
We will fully manage your property as if it was our own. Your rent payment is guaranteed if the accommodation is occupied or not. The team conduct weekly service cleans meaning the property has regular inspections and we will take care of sourcing quotes and managing repairs.

We have a dedicated team of duty managers who look after the day to day running of our developments. A health and safety management platform to streamline all routine checks, ensuring the properties are fully compliant at all times. We have strict guest terms and conditions in place. We have strong relationships with local corporates and travel managers with a robust property management system to ensure we maximise opportunities.
How is it different to a long term let?
There are no void periods or tenant find fees. All utilities are transferred to our business account so that we remain in full control. We have a team who are available 24/7 to deal with any queries. Our routine inspections mean the team are in and out of the properties regularly so can identify any issues.
