£26,000 – £30,000 per annum

The Role:

The Urban Space and Travel Company Limited provide serviced apartments in Cardiff and the Vale. To provide the highest possible quality of cleanliness and product offering to all guests, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to drive the standards to the next level.

With more than 100 apartments within our portfolio you will be responsible to ensure all apartments and public areas are presented to a high standard at all times.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will work a basic 40 hours a week, including weekends to ensure the workforce are supported when required. The service operates 7 days a week, with various hours to suit the needs of our guests. As part of the management team your working pattern will include flexibility.

The role will include people management, quality audits, control of inventory stock, supplier costs and payroll targets to achieve.

Possess a passion for hospitality and a great motivator
Experience within a similar role
Great leadership skills

This is a demanding role due to the size of the portfolio. We require someone who is organised and a great communicator within with team. It will be your role to ensure the team have everything they need to do their job to their best ability.

You will be required to hold a full and clean driving licence for this role.
