Reservations and Sales Executive

40 Hours per week

Up to £28,000 per annum

The Role:

The Urban Space and Travel Company Limited operate serviced apartments, apartment hotels, co-working, meeting and event space in Cardiff and the Vale.

As Reservations and Sales Executive you know what it means to deliver great hospitality.     You will support the Head of Sales in the business growth plans.  You will be involved in driving and converting business across our accommodation, meeting and hot desk spaces. With a great personality and a passion for hospitality you will always be able to offer great options to our clients.

You will take the lead to grow local business, identify new leads, handling of enquiries, with the development of new accounts by planned co-ordinated sales.  You should be able to deliver consistent standards and have a good eye for detail.  You will process the day to day bookings and placement of reservations whilst taking a proactive role in ensuring the upsell opportunities are maximised.  Team work is key, you will need to be a strong team player and be willing to lend a hand wherever needed.  We rely on you to deliver a great service and be the main point of contact from enquiry through to conversion and contracting.

This role does include Saturday working on a rota basis.
